Located on a prime Bird Street perch, this multilevel residence incorporates natural stone, glass, and steel. Once owned by Swedish DJ Avicii, the project features a junior Olympic-sized pool bisecting the home, underwater audio, German cabinetry and appliances, and bespoke fire features by a New York artist who flew in to complete the job on-site. With interiors by Ryan Brown of Bravo TV’s Flipping Out, this home set a new bar for luxury and served as a landmark debut for Paul McClean and our firm.
