Our integrated team of project managers, supervisors and construction experts takes care of everything and coordinates all third parties. From the initial project feasibility to pouring the foundation, sourcing materials, and installing your furniture and decor, we take care of it all. With one goal from the start, we help maximize efficiency and avoid surprises so you can enjoy your new home.
Budget
For each project, we provide pre-construction services at cost. This helps us clarify scope, which will lead to a much more accurate budget and schedule. We also generate, if required, a pre-construction logistics plan and the construction waste management plan. Our typical project team includes a full-time site superintendent with project management as needed. Both positions are billed hourly, so our clients get exactly what they are paying for.
Transparency
We use construction management software that allows a central location for all project information, RFIs, daily reports, budgeting, and schedules. This enables our clients to track on-site project progress and up-to-date budget information from anywhere. While construction costs do fluctuate during a build’s projected time frame, we endeavor to define the project scope as much as possible to get the most accurate projection of costs from the beginning.
Scope
Corr Contemporary Homes’ scope of work typically includes a full suite of pre-construction, construction, project management services, and turnkey installation. CCH will bring on and coordinate all required third parties, such as deputy inspectors, specialty suppliers, craftsmen and consultants. We also have an in-house team of skilled craftsmen, including finish carpentry experts, who are able to ensure unparalleled work. We provide thorough quality control and consult on design concepts to meet the homeowners’ budget and scheduling goals, keeping them informed and confident as their home takes shape.
Maintenance & Management
Through our sister company, Grafton Estate Services, we offer ongoing care long after construction ends. From the day you move in to the day you move out, we’re your partner in maintaining performance, beauty, and peace of mind. On contract, we handle everything from systems checks to preventative upkeep and seamless integration with your design team for future improvements.
